When I grew up in Sweden my mom would always as a evening snack make oven toasted sandwiches. It stuck with me and even though obviously you can be so much more creative this is really, really good. I guess it’s like how I can drink cheap Swedish beer. I grew up with it, so [...] It is so hard to find crème fraiche in America but when you do you’re happy!
